A senior advisor from UCAS met with all Sixth Form students this half term and led an informative seminar regarding the university application process. He provided significant and candid insight into the specific details that university admissions tutors are seeking from students’ applications. Many students also took this opportunity to ask some pertinent questions regarding gaining a place at university. Year 12 students are now completing their own research by accessing the UCAS website, prospectuses, university websites and career guidance publications. Year 13 are now completing at the exciting stage of actually completing their university applications.
