Holland Park is an extraordinary place to work. We are a large, non-selective comprehensive school educating 1,440 students from an incredibly diverse community in inner West London. We are proud to demonstrate what can be achieved when high expectations, excellent teaching and genuine ambition for every child come together.
Our students achieve exceptional outcomes. In recent years:
- 84% of students have achieved Grade 4+ in English and Maths at GCSE.
- 74% have achieved Grade 5+ in English and Maths.
- 42% have achieved Grade 7+ in English and Maths.
- At A Level, 50% of all grades achieved are A or A*.
These are results of which we are immensely proud, but our ambition goes much further. We are determined that Holland Park will become the highest-performing state school in the country by 2030.

Our staff work in an exceptional environment. Our modern campus provides outstanding facilities, including specialist science laboratories, DT workshops, a Food Technology kitchen, Art studios, Drama and Music spaces, extensive sporting facilities and high-quality spaces for both students and staff.
